Pow Wow Time!

Published July 30, 2015 by KEPRI

HEY!  GUESS WHAT!  It’s almost pow wow time!  For those of you in the area, the 15th annual Daniel Nimham Intertribal Pow Wow will be held on August 15-16 from 10 AM until 6 PM, both days.  It’s a fun summer event celebrating Native American heritage and culture.  Native dancers, storyteller Evan Pritchard, birds of prey, craft vendors, good food, and more!  Admission and parking are free with an optional donation at the door.  Donations go to the Wounded Warrior Project.

So come on down, brave the August heat, and enjoy a spectacular display of Native pride.

And, if you’re just dying to meet me (lololol) I will be there as the designated photographer.  Just look for the fiery robes and purple camera.  Also, come buy herbs, homemade bath products, and small photography prints at my booth!  😀

(I have an obsession with birds of prey.)
