A Modern Retelling

Here are some “off-the-cuff” shots I took at Smalley’s Inn (the local haunted restaurant) with the charming Peter Pasquerello. Peter is a phenomenal illustrator and graphic artist. He’s also Sherlock Holmes. Please visit his website, follow him on Instacrack, and show him your support!

If you like these images, stay tuned! There will be more where these came from.

Purple Rain

Last night by sister came over with her roommate. The guy’s name is Connor and he’d make a killing as a Prince impersonator. I had a little bit of fun and took a few images. They’re not perfect, but it was fun. Enjoy. 🙂

Always be Yourself

I had the opportunity to shoot with one of the coolest people I know. Her name is Liz and typically, unless she’s at work, she dresses as though she’s stepped out of the 1940’s. Her wardrobe is colorful, unique, and seemingly never ending. The best part: she does it because she can. She enjoys it, down to the weird stares and odd comments, and she doesn’t pretend to be anyone but herself. And, to say Liz looks stunning is an understatement. So, she and I took to Main Street in Cold Spring and had a blast.

Here’s to one of the most awesome people I know. It takes courage to be who you are. Liz, thank you for modeling and keep being you. I can’t wait for the next shoot!
